All the Answers to Your Questions

What is a microgreen?

What do you grow?

Currently we are focused on microgreens but will over time expand to hydroponically grown produce like  tomatoes and kale.

Are microgreens good for you?

Yes. They are packed with micro nutrients and provide a number of other potential health benefits.

Do I have to come to the farm to buy microgreens?

You may come to the farm during business hours or you can order right from your phone, tablet, or computer and have our microgreens delivered right to your door.

Why buy live vs cut microgreens?

Freshness, Flavor, and Nutrition.

When you cut a plant it begins to degrade. This process decreases the  nutrients, flavor, and texture of the plant over time. Our goal at Green Dragon Microfarm is to bring you the freshest microgreens. As such we sell all of our microgreens live and uncut so that you have farm fresh microgreens every time you open your refrigerator.
